The weekend was ok apart from a couple of hic-ups.

Managed to get a couple of days kiteboarding action and it rocked. Saturday was expectedly most excellent, the wind had swung round early and allowed Adam, Dave and myself to go play on the water. Emma borrowed the 16m Venom for a good chunk of the day and managed to crack power sliding the landboard! Sunday was everything I wanted it to be. 30mph cross-on winds and the 11m sonic was lit up. Had the best session ever, I even started doing some cheeky jumps on the water. It was also excellent to catch up with the Sky Pirates {Frakke, Blader, Marman, Loz and Strange Al}, Freddie, Will and various others from around the country!

Next time: much bigger jumps. The only bad point was Freddie managing to break his collar bone after doing a 720 in his buggy and then bounce bounce bounce-onto-head get-dragged-across-beach.

To the layman, the above means that Sunday is going to have some of the best wind predicted this year. Me, my CrazyFly board, GK Sonic2 11m (and various other things) are heading off to Devon this evening to go and enjoy this weather. Go big. Or go home.

Oh. And it might be reasonable to say that I have a girlfriend now.
